Sales training for revenue teams

Your reps read every buyer in the first 90 seconds.

No assessment. No guesswork. The Easy Personality System teaches your team to decode a prospect's personality from what they already say and do. Then tailor every pitch to the person, not the script.

First 10 founding teams: diagnostic free, no card, real report in a week.

What we do
Train sales teams to read buyer personality live: from cues, not a questionnaire the buyer never fills out.
Who it's for
VP of Sales and L&D leaders at mid-size and enterprise companies whose reps win half their rooms and can't say why.
What they get
Reps who adjust the pitch before the deal goes dark. Plus a plan built to survive a skeptic's scrutiny.

See the read happen.

Same prospect, four different people. Pick a type. Watch the cue, the read, and the exact move your rep makes next.

The team diagnostic report.

Your reps spend five minutes each. You get a plain-language read on your team's selling styles, the blind spots costing you deals right now, and the two things worth fixing first. It's a real deliverable: yours to keep whether or not we ever train a single session.

The numbers don't lie.

Reading the buyer and adjusting to them isn't a soft skill or a hopeful theory. It's one of the most consistent predictors of sales performance ever measured. And it's exactly what EPS trains your reps to do.

155
Independent studies
31,000+
Salespeople analyzed
30+ yrs
Of peer-reviewed data

Pooling 155 studies and more than 31,000 salespeople, the research found that reps who adapt to the buyer post measurably higher performance: by their managers' ratings and by the objective sales numbers alike.

Franke & Park, “Salesperson Adaptive Selling Behavior & Customer Orientation: A Meta-Analysis,” Journal of Marketing Research (2006).
Corroborated by Verbeke, Dietz & Verwaal, “Drivers of Sales Performance” (2011), which ranks adapting to the buyer among the strongest predictors of sales performance, ahead of product knowledge and tenure.

What this proves, and what it doesn't. This is independent, peer-reviewed proof of the principle EPS is built on: adapt to the buyer and you sell more. It doesn't yet carry your team's name on it. And we won't pretend it does. Putting a number on the lift for your reps is exactly what the founding cohort is for. When it's measured, it gets published right here.

Four steps. The first one is free.

01

Run the free team diagnostic

Each rep takes a five-minute read. Within a week you get a report on your team's selling styles and the blind spots costing you deals. A real deliverable, no strings.

02

Walk it on a 30-minute debrief

We go through the report together and name the two things worth fixing first. You leave with a clear picture whether or not you buy a single session of training.

03

Train the pieces you actually need

The EPS core plus optional add-ons (cross-cultural reads, delivery and congruence), scoped to your team. Modular, not a monolith you pay for and half-use.

04

It shows up in live calls

Reps reading and adjusting in real deals from the very first calls after training, not months of theory first. If your team isn't using it after the first module, you don't pay for the rest.

Why teams pick this over another personality test.

/01

Deals stop dying on style

Reps quit losing winnable deals to a mismatch they never saw: the Achiever steamrolling a buyer who needed proof.

/02

The buyer fills out nothing

The read comes from what a prospect already says and does. It works on every buyer, including the ones who'd never take a test.

/03

Zero adoption drag

No new assessment to roll out, no team resentment. Reps learn to read people, not to administer a tool. L&D's easiest yes.

/04

Built to survive scrutiny

Guide, not rule. We baseline the individual instead of trusting a template; we're upfront about what the pop-science got wrong.

/05

Modular by design

Buy the core, add cross-cultural or delivery training when your team needs it. Pay for the piece that moves your number.

/06

A deductible investment

Training that sharpens current-role skills is generally a deductible business expense, so real cost runs below sticker. (Confirm with your tax advisor.)

One read. Not five tools.

Crystal predicts. Humantic scrapes. DISC tests. Sandler trains. You'd need all four to get halfway to what one trained rep does in the moment: read the live person, confirm before acting, and adjust on the spot. That's the whole reason for the name.

How the read happens ✓Your rep reads the live person, in the room ✕Software predicts from scraped public data ✓Rep reads cues during the interaction
Channels it reads ✓Verbal + vocal + visual, triangulated ✕Text and profile data only ~Mainly words and behavior
Assessment required? ✓None: nothing to fill out ✓None: it scrapes instead ✕Built on assessments
How a read gets confirmedThe rigor that protects you ✓Hypothesis first: confirmed by questions before you act. Guide, not rule. ✕Takes the predicted type as given ~Applies the type; little built-in check
Works on any buyer? ✓Yes: anyone, no data footprint needed ✕No: needs a public / LinkedIn trail ✓Yes
Privacy & consent exposure ✓None: reads what's in front of you ✕Stores profiles on people who never consented ✓None
What you're left with ✓A durable skill your team keeps ✕A subscription: the read stops when you stop paying ~A skill, but tied to one framework
Don't outsource your team's instincts to software. Teach them to read people themselves. It pays off in every deal, and every room they'll ever walk into.

07 — FAQ

The questions a skeptic asks first.

Does anyone have to take a personality test? +
No. That's the entire point. Your reps learn to read personality from what a prospect already says and does on the call or in the room. The buyer never fills out a thing, which is exactly why it works on prospects who'd refuse an assessment.
How is this different from DISC or Myers-Briggs? +
Those tools only work if the other person self-reports, and your buyers never will. EPS reads observable cues in real time, on a live call, in a room. It's a selling skill, not a report you file after the meeting's over.
Isn't reading people like this debunked pseudoscience? +
The debunked stuff makes universal claims: fixed percentages, one body-language chart that supposedly reads everyone. EPS is the opposite: guide, not rule. We baseline each individual first and never trust the template. We're also upfront in the material about what the pop-science got wrong, because the skeptics on your team deserve that, and they'll trust the method more for it.
How fast do reps actually use it? +
Day one. The moment a rep learns to read the four personality types, they can put it to work on the very next call: nothing to wait for, no data to gather, no rollout. That's the whole design: a skill they apply in real conversations immediately, then sharpen with every deal. And we stand behind it: if your team isn't using the framework after the first module, you don't pay for the rest.
What does it cost? +
The team diagnostic is a paid engagement. Free for the first 10 founding teams. Training scopes to your team's size and needs; founding clients get 30% off the first engagement and year-one pricing locked in. The diagnostic and debrief come first, so you see real value before any spend.
Is sales training tax-deductible? +
Generally, yes. Training that maintains or improves your team's current-role skills is typically an ordinary and necessary business expense, deductible in the year it's paid. Your real cost lands below the sticker price. Confirm the specifics with your own tax advisor.
Who is this built for? +
Mid-size and enterprise revenue teams. The people who get the most from it are VPs of Sales tired of watching winnable deals stall, and L&D leaders who want measurable behavior change without another tool the team resents rolling out.

Read the room. Win the deal.

Start with the free diagnostic. Worst case, you get an honest read on how your team sells, and we earn the right to the conversation.
